Small Business Energy Savings (SBES) Program

As a qualified trade ally for the ComEd Small Business Energy Savings (SBES) Program, we have maintained our status as a top performer. The SBES Program services retail stores, restaurants, offices, salons, churches, light manufacturing facilities and other small businesses. SBES is available to small businesses with an electric demand of 0 – 100 kW. The SBES Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting, refrigeration and HVAC. If your business does not qualify for the SBES Program, it may qualify for the incentives through other ComEd Smart Ideas® Energy Efficiency Programs.

Instant Discounts Program

The Instant Discounts Program offers incentives for screw- and pin-based lamps, LED exit sign retrofit kits and TLED lamps. The purpose of the Instant Discounts program is to retrofit incandescent lamps to new LED lamps.

Prescriptive Incentive Program

The Prescriptive Incentive Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting, refrigeration and HVAC. This program is available to large commercial, industrial, non-profit, governmental and institutional customers currently billed under NIPSCO electric rates 620 – 626, 632 – 634, 641 or 644 who have not opted out of participating in NIPSCO’s energy efficiency program.

Small Business Direct Install Program

The Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) Program also offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting and refrigeration. The SBDI Program is available to any business or non-profit organization currently billed under the NIPSCO electric rates 620 – 623 who have not had a demand of 200 kW or greater in any month during the previous 12 months.

MidAmerican Energy Small Business Program

MidAmerican Energy has launched a pilot program in Des Moines and Fort Dodge offering incentives to small businesses for customized, turnkey lighting retrofits for both interior and exterior applications. The Small Business Program requires a MidAmerican Energy customer to have an annual electric usage of less than 500,000 kW, occupy a space less than 50,000 square feet, and receive landlord approval if applicable.

Prescriptive and Custom Program

MidAmerican Energy’s Prescriptive and Custom programs feature incentives for industrial and commercial businesses. Additionally, energy solution measures that do not fall under the Small Business Program are most likely available through the Prescriptive and Customer Programs. We will help select the right program to help your business become energy-efficient.

Focus on Energy

Focus on Energy is Wisconsin’s statewide energy efficiency program funded by the state’s investor-owned energy utilities and participating municipal and electric cooperative utilities.

Business Incentive Program

Like other savings programs, the Focus on Energy Business Incentive Program offers businesses incentives to provide low-cost, energy-efficiency solutions helping to reduce energy costs. The Program is available to medium-sized industrial and commercial facilities and other businesses in Wisconsin with average peak monthly electric demand up to 1,000 kW. Financial incentives are applied toward lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, and other improvements.

Small Business Program

The Small Business Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting and refrigeration. The incentives are available to qualified Wisconsin businesses with an average peak monthly electric demand less than 100kW.

Ameren Illinois Instant Incentives Program

Instant incentives through the Standard Lighting Program provide a simple and quick way for Ameren Illinois business customers to purchase energy-efficient lighting and receive an instant discount through Windy City Lighting. The Instant Incentive Program provides incentives for interior and exterior lighting.

Small Business Direct Install Program

The Small Business Direct Install Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting and refrigeration.

Commercial and industrial customers in the Indiana Michigan Power service territory can utilize the Prescriptive Program. The Prescriptive Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting and refrigeration.

The Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) Program offers incentives for interior and exterior lighting and refrigeration. The SBDI Program is available for commercial and industrial customers in the Indiana Michigan Power service territory with monthly demand less than 150 kW per location.
